How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account data, send an email to support@pictool.pro using the same email address associated with your account.
What to include
Include the subject line Data Deletion Request and clearly state that you want your account and related personal data removed.
What we will delete
When applicable and permitted by law, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, uploaded photos, generated output files, usage history, and support records associated with your request.
What may be retained
We may retain limited billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute-resolution records where required by law or operational necessity. Retained records will not be used for normal product access.
Processing time
We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within 30 days, although some requests may take longer if additional verification or legal review is required.
Verification
To protect account security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
