1. Service
This service provides online ID photo editing and generation tools, including crop adjustment, background processing, preview generation, downloads, subscription management, and usage history.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login method secure. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.
3. User Content
You must have the right to upload and process any photo you submit. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us the limited right to process, store, and display it as needed to provide the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment, infringement, automated abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass subscription limits or security controls.
5. Subscriptions and Usage
Paid plans provide a monthly usage quota. Generating a preview consumes quota; downloading generated files does not consume additional quota. Quotas reset according to the subscription billing cycle.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Subscriptions are monthly services and are not refunded by individual generation count. Cancellation stops future renewal; current period access remains available until the end of the paid cycle unless otherwise required by law. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or verified service failures may be reviewed manually.
7. No Guarantee of Acceptance
We provide photo generation tools, but we do not guarantee that any photo will be accepted by an embassy, government agency, school, employer, or other institution. Always verify official requirements before use.
8. Availability
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or force majeure. We may modify or discontinue features when necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
